The San Antonio Spurs might have lost a close playoff series against the Los Angeles Clippers, but the team didn’t just sit down and do nothing afterwards. The Spurs won free agency by acquiring LaMarcus Aldridge and re-signing Kawhi Leonard. Once again, the Spurs have gotten better when everybody thought they were done. Here is a prediction of the Spurs’ 15-man roster in the 2015-16 season.

Point Guard - Tony Parker, Patty Mills, Ray McCallum

Parker might have been hurt at times last season, but he will continue to be the starting point guard because of his ability to create for others and his relationship with Tim Duncan and head coach Gregg Popovich. Mills is the backup point guard because he has played well for the Spurs over the years, but McCallum could take his spot eventually since he has good size for a point guard and that will give the Spurs something different.

Shooting Guard - Danny Green, Manu Ginobli, Jimmer Fredette

Green re-signed with the Spurs and so he will continue to remain as the team’s starting shooting guard. Ginobli will be the backup shooting guard who has always been able to change the game with his competitiveness and unique offensive style. New addition Jimmer Fredette will be the third shooting guard on the team because the Spurs usually have one other player on the bench who is a good shooter.

Small Forward - Kawhi Leonard, Kyle Anderson, Rasual Butler

Leonard is returning to the Spurs after re-signing and he will be their small forward of the future. Anderson was the Summer League MVP and the Spurs will use him as the backup small forward to see if his passing ability continues to help the team. Butler will be the third small forward because he is experienced and because he is a good shooter.

Power Forward - LaMarcus Aldridge, Boris Diaw, Matt Bonner

Aldridge was an All-Star starting power forward for the Portland Trail Blazers and the Spurs are hoping he’ll continue to be that talented for them as well. Diaw will be the backup power forward because of his versatility and ability to pass well. Bonner will be the third power forward because of his ability to make open 3-point shots consistently.

Center - Tim Duncan, David West, Boban Marjanovic

Duncan might be the greatest power forward ever, but this year he will be the starting center. He continues to age well and the Spurs will continue to lean on him for leadership. Newly signed veteran David West has a midrange game and attitude will surely be an asset to the Spurs. Marjanovic will the third center on the team because the Spurs usually have a foreign big man who their organization develops over the years.

Clippers' Chris Paul, DeAndre Jordan Execute Monstrous Alley-Oop

The Los Angeles Clippers made a huge statement on Thursday night by pulverizing the San Antonio Spurs by 19 points. Sure, the Spurs were without Kawhi Leonard, but that doesn't take away from what Doc Rivers' bunch accomplished. In the fourth quarter, Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan hooked up for what can only be described as a monstrous alley-oop, which was the cherry on top of an all-around phenomenal showing.
