The 6-foot-4, 250-pound DE Byron Cowart recently visited the Auburn campus this past weekend. This five-star prospect could really be an asset to the Auburn Tigers. He has narrowed his choices down to Auburn, Florida State and Florida. Cowart indicated in a recent interview that he has already made up his mind and will announce his decision on Feb. 4, on National Signing Day.

CeCe Jefferson is another five-star prospect for the Tigers’ DE position. Jefferson recently visited the Auburn campus and could potentially be a commit to Will Muschamp’s defense. Similar to several other top-rated recruits in the nation, the Auburn defensive coordinator has developed a strong relationship with Jefferson over the years while coaching in Florida.

Defensive coordinator Will Muschamp and the Tigers also have their eyes set on four-star LB prospect Jeffery Holland. His final three schools are Florida, UCLA and Auburn.

Kendrick Norton is a 6-foot-3, 305-pound mammoth of a football player from Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville, Fla. Norton has experience playing defensive tackle and offensive guard.

The 6-foot-4, 293-pound defensive tackle Terry Beckner Jr. will also be a major asset for Muschamp’s defensive unit. Missouri seems pretty confident that Beckner will sign on their dotted line. There’s also talks of Ohio State being an option since their championship win. However, Beckner recently visited Auburn with several other five-star prospects.
