The New Jersey Nets keep digging themselves a deeper hole every game they play in and this game was no different from the last six games. The Nets lost to the Memphis Grizzlies, who were still wearing the ridiculous Memphis Tams jerseys, 105-100 in a game that showed every reason for the Nets to lose.

Good
Deron Williams would have a monster first half scoring 20 points and finishing with 26 points total. Anthony Morrow should the Nets’ fans why he will be participating in this year’s Three-Point Shootout competition at All-Star weekend. Morrow scored 17 points and was 3 of 8 from downtown. Also, the Nets bench outscored the Grizzlies bench 42-11. That’s something to brag about, I guess.

Bad
Sure Williams scored 20 points in the first half but only managed to score six in the second half. Williams and rookie MarShon Brooks were guilty of committed 10 of the Nets’ 19 turnovers. The Nets also committed four turnovers in the last 2:40 of the ball game. A tough loss to say the least.

What’s Next?
The Nets will take the road to face the Indiana Pacers and the Grizzlies return home to host the Denver Nuggets Friday.
