The last time the New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers met it was a hard fought battle that ended with the 49ers on top 27-20.

There are a few players on the Giants that have extra motivation this time around, including (Pro Bowl snub) wide receiver Victor Cruz.

49ers cornerback Carlos Rogers mocked Cruz’ salsa touchdown dance the last time around, and Cruz was none to happy about it.

“It was a little bit of disrespect,” Cruz said. “It’s something I do. And to do it on me and in front of our sideline was a little disrespectful. But I understand that. It’s all part of the game. Things happen. Guys are going to do that. He wasn’t the only one to have mocked that dance throughout the season.”

Plenty of opposing wide receivers had mocked the touchdown dance this season, but Cruz seemed to be bothered by the idea that an opposing cornerback did it, on a pass that was intended for Cruz and intercepted by Rogers.

When asked if Cruz would be out for revenge on Sunday afternoon, he replied “a little bit.”
