Week 13 of the 2014 NFL season is going to be one for football fans to keep an eye on. Not only do we have Thanksgiving Day games to watch, but there’s also a medley of quality games and games with big postseason implications throughout the slate. Here’s how I see every game playing out. (Home team is in all caps.)

LIONS Over Bears, 27-10

The Lions, on the offensive end in particular, have been in a rut as of late. There’s nothing to spearhead an offense quite like a pretty bad Bears defense, though, so I’ve got the Lions rolling.

COWBOYS Over Eagles, 34-24

Not only do we get a divisional rivalry game on Thanksgiving, but it’s also a battle for the top spot in the NFC East. The Eagles have been playing quite well even with Mark Sanchez running the show, but so have the Cowboys. Dallas gets the win and the lead in the division.

I’m not a huge fan of either of these teams right now and how they’re performing. However, I like the Seahawks when the two face off as I think their offense can break through more times than the Niners’ will be able to.

COLTS Over Redskins, 41-13

The Redskins are a pretty terrible defense. The Colts feast on terrible defenses. The Colts play the Redskins in Indianapolis this week. Give me the Colts.

TEXANS Over Titans, 24-10

Though the Texans are without Ryan Mallett now at quarterback and have questions about Arian Foster’s health, the Titans just seem broken at this point. I like J.J. Watt and the Houston defense to dominate this matchup.

Browns Over BILLS, 20-17

The Bills were impressive in shellacking the Jets on Monday night and this game should be played in Buffalo. Having said that, another week with Josh Gordon is exactly what I want to see from the Browns and should carry them to another close victory.

RAVENS Over Chargers, 31-14

The Chargers haven’t done much to convince anyone that they’re a quality team right now. Even with defensive injuries, the Ravens have continued to look impressive. Baltimore should get the win and I don’t expect it to be that close.

JAGUARS Over Giants, 17-16

Yes, Odell Beckham is fantastic. However, I don’t think the Giants are and their season is basically dead in the water. I think Jacksonville sneaks up on New York here and gets their second W of the year.

Bengals Over BUCCANEERS, 24-21

The Buccaneers have been quietly frisky as of late and their passing offense—Josh McCown and all—has looked quite dangerous at times. However, the Bengals have looked like they’ve righted the ship a bit and I like them to eek out another victory here.

RAMS Over Raiders, 19-6

The Raiders are riding high after their first win of the season, but the Rams might actually be a good team with a bad record. As their schedule eases up starting with Oakland, I like St. Louis to start picking up some more wins.

STEELERS Over Saints, 34-27

Don’t expect much defense to be played in this contest. The way things look right now and seeing what we have from Pittsburgh this season, I like the Steelers in a shootout between these two squads.

VIKINGS Over Panthers, 24-20

Both of these teams are relatively feisty despite not being that good at all. In the end, I think the Vikings just have more weapons and will be able to ride past the Panthers to another victory.

Cardinals Over FALCONS, 31-10

Drew Stanton is still the quarterback for the Cards, but Bruce Arians is still the coach. In a battle that pits Arians and Mike Smith against one another in a coaching duel, it’s no contest in favor of Arizona.

Patriots Over PACKERS, 35-31

This game is in Lambeau, which obviously favors Green Bay, but I don’t think there’s any stopping the Pats right now. When they are clicking at the level that they have been recently, it’s hard to pick against them in any capacity.

CHIEFS Over Broncos, 28-27

The Chiefs gave the Broncos trouble when they met earlier this season and Denver hasn’t been playing nearly at top-form as of late. Off an embarrassing loss last Thursday, I like KC to come out and make a statement in the AFC West.

Dolphins Over JETS, 34-7

The Jets can’t do anything effectively offensively and the Dolphins have one of the best defensive units in the league. Given that and the way Ryan Tannehill has been playing, I like the Dolphins to dismantle the Jets on Monday Night Football.
