For Dwayne Bowe, age has not treated the once speedy wideout very well. Since ripping 15 touchdowns in 2010, the imminently former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver has precipitously fallen from consistent production. At 30 years old though, there could still be teams willing to take a chance on any remaining upside. Here are five potential landing spots for Bowe in the NFL.

Although the Jacksonville Jaguars will be signing Julius Thomas, the Jags shouldn’t stop there. They could use Bowe’s eight years of NFL experience and parlay that into unlimited teaching moments for the rest of their receiving corps.

Although adding another aging wideout may not be in the Cleveland Browns’ most ideal interests, Bowe could reprise the role of his former self given the change of scenery. It’s a shot Cleveland should take, since they could sign Bowe on the cheap, and if he pans out, even better for the Browns.

Drew Brees will always need targets as long as he’s under center for the New Orleans Saints. Given the Saints' dire cap situation, it could be wise to sign Bowe for a lesser deal than what other free agent receivers demand.

After saying goodbye to Andre Johnson, the Houston Texans will need to find a receiver to fill their No. 2 role. Bowe could be a No. 2 again, and he could flourish in the warmer weather of Texas.

Derek Carr desperately needs a wide receiver who understands the intricacies of football at the highest level. Even though Bowe can’t be expected to reel in more than 60 balls, he can definitely keep Carr sharp within the Raiders’ offensive scheme.
