The Indianapolis Colts are one of the Super Bowl favorites heading into the 2015 season after a very impressive offseason filled with big-time signings. Andrew Luck is leading the way, but they need everyone to step up and come through with big seasons. There are some players that are on the roster bubble who need to come through for the Colts.

Learn which five players must step up during 2015 OTAs for the Colts.

Greg Toler, Cornerback

The Indianapolis Colts signed Greg Toler two years ago in order to team up and form a deadly duo with Vontae Davis in the defensive secondary. That has yet to happen, and his time with the Colts could be coming to an end very soon if he doesn't right the ship. There is no denying the potential and talent that Toler possesses, but he has to find a way to put everything together to get where he needs to be.

Vick Ballard, Running Back

Vick Ballard was at one point thought to be the potential long-term answer to the Colts' ground attack. He came in as a rookie and was a huge upgrade for the Colts, but has torn his ACL two years in a row. While he is still a very talented player, he is going to have to step up and prove that he deserves to make the roster among quite a few other talented running backs.

Bjoern Werner, Defensive End

Another one of Ryan Grigson's first-round picks that hasn't panned out is defensive end Bjoern Werner. He was given a much bigger role with the Colts last year, but recorded just 50 tackles, a forced fumble and 4.0 sacks. Those numbers aren't going to cut it, and he has to step up and come through with a convincing offseason in order to get more playing time during the 2015 season.

Griff Whalen, Wide Receiver

There is a good chance that the Colts will not end up starting the 2015 season with wide receiver Griff Whalen on their roster. Unless he pulls something out of his sleeve and has a dominant offseason of work, the Colts have too many talented wide receivers ahead of him on the depth chart. It isn't likely that he can work his way into a roster spot, but there is still a chance.

Zurlon Tipton, Running Back

Zurlon Tipton is another talented Colts running back who has a tough road ahead of him to end up making the final roster. The Colts have been very high on him, but with Frank Gore, Dan Herron, Josh Robinson and likely Vick Ballard ahead of him, things don't look very bright. He definitely has talent and potential for the future, but the Colts could very well drop him as they look to win now.
