It appeared that the San Francisco 49ers were on their way back to recreating the buzz. Then, as quickly as they had turned it around, the run was over. There’s a new coach who’s an offensive genius and he plans to revolutionize the NFL with a new offensive scheme. Sound familiar? Now in his first NFL Combine, he’ll need to concentrate on a few areas before that can happen.
5. Running Back

Their leading rusher, Carlos Hyde, was only to contribute 470 yards on 115 attempts. If that doesn't jump off of the page, then maybe his three touchdowns will. One of two things has to happen. Hyde needs help or they need a better option.
4. Wide Receiver

It's okay to say Anquan Boldin has earned a few Hall Of Fame votes isn't it? He's past his prime, but led the 49ers with 69 receptions and 789 yards. He can't be relied upon to do everything in the passing game for this team too much longer, though.
3. Inside Linebacker

Chip Kelly will need to add some pieces on offense. Otherwise, you can expect to see quite a few three-and-outs and a very tired defense game in and game out. NaVorro Bowman led the team in tackles, but will need help in the coming campaign.
2. Offensive Tackle

Whoever the answer is at quarterback, he'll need to be protected. The 49ers have offensive line issues just like so many other teams in the league. In this case, offensive tackle is the most pressing concern.

Colin Kaepernick had early success, but isn't a long-term answer for any team. Last year, he was benched in favor of Blaine Gabbert. Neither seems to be appropriate for Chip Kelly's high octane attack.
