Game time is quickly approaching the Birds in this must win, save the season, NFC division match-up. The odds-makers are struggling figuring this game out. At first, the Redskins were your typical three point home favorites. That has changed alot during the week. The line now has the game at the Eagles getting one and a half or even a pick ‘em.
Sports betters have not given hope up on the Eagles. Why? I have no clue. This will be a hard fought game. I am not sure where I am leaning. I do know that the Eagles will not be able to stop the run. It just depends if they give up the big one that puts them in the hole.
I have said it before. The Eagles have to pressure Rex Grossman. If they cannot get there by the front four, they must utilize the blitz. Grossman will turn the ball over if hurried.
I have a feeling the Eagles are going to play inspired. I know I have said in the past, expect more of the same, but this week is different. The Eagles are circling the proverbial wagon. The defensive players will have their ears pinned back, ready to put a hurting on “Sexy” Rexy.
