There are reports this afternoon from the official Chicago Bears website that Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has returned to practice today. After the beatdown that Cutler undertook last Sunday night, I would have failed the mandatory concussion test that is required by the league and let 38 year old Todd Collins take his turn in the barrel.

Jay Cutler is going to have face the kind of beatings that the New York Giants administered to him on Sunday night from here on out since Chicago didn’t feel the urgency to upgrade the offensive line of the Bears. Jay Cutler might be the quarterback in the NFL which REALLY earns his money this season. With the Bears offensive line situation, being the Bears starting quarterback might be the least desirable position in the NFL.
