Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune has just Tweeted that Todd Collins will be starting at quarterback for the Chicago Bears this week against the Carolina Panthers. Todd Collins came in to relieve starter Jay Cutler last Sunday night after the New York Giants pummeled Cutler, sacking him 9 times in the first half.

Collins did not fare much better, completing only 4 of 11 passes for 42 yards and an interception. Collins finished the game with an 8.1 passer rating. For those of you who play fantasy football and like to roll the dice, the Carolina Panthers defense could be a very solid play this week.

And o those of you who enjoy wagering a few tokens on an NFL game, this game now has the chance to be the lowest scoring game of the weekend. Collins has to be horrified after watching the Chicago Bears offensive line get shredded last week, knowing that the same five players will be back on the field this Sunday.
