Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari Now Parents of Baby Boy, Camden Jack Cutler
It’s official–Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari are officially parents after giving birth to their new baby boy, Camden Jack Cutler.
Unconfirmed reports say that the Chicago Bears quarterback had his baby on Wednesday morning with Cavallari and the star’s status for the team’s first preseason game against the Denver Broncos is up in the air. Obviously, this is one of those situations where Cutler can afford to miss action considering it’s just a preseason game–so at least this game won’t be as important to miss as a regular season game.
Plus, Cutler already has the starting job at quarterback locked up–so at least he doesn’t have to worry about falling behind the competition for his starting job.
While the couple decided to postpone their wedding plans with the anticipation of their first child together, it appears the two are considering having another child before the big day even happens. Either way, this is fantastic news for a player like Cutler and it will be fun to see if little Camden Jack develops into a future NFL quarterback like his dad.
As for the Bears, they’re preparing for the team’s first preseason game against Peyton Manning and the Broncos on Thursday as they look to bounce back from a disappointing 8-8 season. Even if Cutler ends up not playing, at least Jason Campbell should receive plenty of action after Chicago signed him during the offseason after learning last year how important it is to have a reliable backup quarterback on the roster.
