Tim Duncan has re-invented his game, and though he started early, he has turned his game around. Timmy has playing better this season than he has a recent times. Tim spent much of this off-season working on his outside shooting game, and though it struggled early, he has definitely been shooting much better lately.

Excluding the Portland game, which was the third game in four nights, Tim Duncan’s past three games has shot 26-43 for for 61 points, including 9-15 at the free throw line. Duncan’s free throw shooting has never been his strength, but it should also be better than what it is.

Timmy in those three games has also pulled down 30 rebounds, dished out 16 assists, blocked 7 shots, and has 5 steals. Not a bad three game stretch.  Duncan has turned it around in the month of January, though his numbers are still low.

If Tim can continue playing like he has been playing lately, there’s no doubt that Tim is all-star worthy. He’s playing at a level that is worthy of an all-star, not a starter, but a participate. Tim however, does not care about being a worthy member of the all-star team, rather, he would have another championship trophy to his trophy case.
