Meet SuperSkin: The “12th Man” of the Washington Redskins
I would comment on Rex Grossman playing the role of Super Hero/Mentor/Businessman but then I would have to smack myself and do 100 pushups.
However, I did come across someone on Twitter I thought was worth mentioning: An actual superhero. While venturing through the various Washington Redskins Twitter feeds I came across “SuperSkin”.
Here’s a pic of SuperSkin from his Twitter Profile
If you’re trying to visualize this guy in tights and a cape, yep, your assumption is right.
On his Facebook page (yes, I tracked that down too) he describes himself as the following:
“I am SuperSkin, Defender of All That is Burgundy and Gold, and I am a proud member of the NFL’s Largest, Loudest and Proudest fan base. My mission is simple – to keep all 92,000 Skins fans at FedEx Field pumped up, loud, crazy, and ROWDY on gameday.
I have dedicated myself to helping our fans return this franchise – and our “12th Man” – to GLORY. Ask not what the Redskins can do for you, but what YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR REDSKINS.”
He has 907 followers on Twitter. This is cool, because I’ve heard about this guy but never really tracked him down online until now.
He also gave his thoughts on Rex Grossman being re-signed. On his Twitter page he said the following:

Ouch. SuperSkin doesn’t hold back. He has that “Dark Knight” thing going on.
I’m not going to lie to you. When I see his picture and read his tweets, I do hear that Dark Knight Theme Song in my head.
Think about it for a moment: The Redskins got a band, the best cheerleaders, the best draft pick this year, and a superhero. Top that.

(BTW, the best draft pick, Ricky? I thought that belonged to the team that cut Peyton Manning because they’re drafting Andrew Luck.)
