Michael C. Wright of ESPN Chicago is reporting that Brett Favre will listen if the Chicago Bears call. Considering Caleb Hanie has been not-so-good to downright horrible, Favre may be the best option for this team. Donovan McNabb is also floating around, but reports are that he’s just not on the Chicago Bears radar.
I was at the game yesterday and will tell you that Hanie just doesn’t get it. He takes way too long to get rid of the football and is questionable with his decision-making skills. Considering that the Bears dodged a bullet yesterday in regards to their playoff position, they owe it to themselves to try and get better. I am just not sure if a rusty Favre is the answer. But something needs to be corrected and fast!!!
