Five Teams Most Affected by the NBA Lockout

The NBA lockout is hurting everyone involved. The players are unable to receive their checks, arena workers are without jobs, and fans are feeling unloved by both the owners and players. Every team is affected by this lockout, but some have been more affected by it than others. In today's list, I'll give you my 5 teams that have been most affected by this lockout.
