Danica Patrick came so close to winning her first NASCAR race on Saturday until a shoe thrown on the track ended her hopes of winning.  However, the shoe incident did give us a great reaction clip from Danica as she tried to drive her car after the shoe messed up the chassis.  ESPN was not too quick on the uptake and broadcasted an F bomb live.

Now this is no fault of Danica.  Drivers tend to let loose on their car radios and they should be able to say what they want.  The onus falls on ESPN and other companies to make sure the more colorful parts of the speech do not make it on TV.  This was not a job well done by the network or their workers.

At least the clip lets you feel how frustrated Danica Patrick is.  She has improved her craft and she will win a race sooner rather later.  She had a great car and spent almost all day in front until someone threw a shoe on the track.  That is just bad luck.  There is nothing that she could do about the incident except laugh about it.  Well, I guess she decided to swear but that is almost the same thing.

Although this should not be a big deal, it will get attention because it involves swearing on cable television.  Personally, I laugh every time I watch the video because I find it funny.  If you are offended by possible swearing, you should probably stay away from live TV.
