Ever since the Carly Rae Jepsen “Call Me Maybe” videos were released last year, it’s become quite the popular trend for cheerleaders of NFL teams to upload music videos of their own for fans to enjoy. Even recently the New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins released their own music videos to the hit Taylor Swift song “22″–which also took the internet by storm.

Now, it appears the lovely ladies of the Houston Texans have started a trend of their own called “Freestyle Friday”–and it’s just as awesome as it sounds.

Apparently, the Texans cheerleaders have already released a few of these videos in which they select a song and basically just have a friendly dance off with each other. As you can see in the video above, this week’s “Freestyle Friday” consisted of Flo Rida‘s “Low” song–which has always been a popular song to dance to.

There’s a reason why Houston has been known for having one of the best cheerleading squads over the last couple of seasons and these ladies put on quite the entertaining show once again by showing off their amazing dance moves in this video. As awesome as Freestyle Fridays are, it would be even better if these ladies decided to join the Saints and Dolphins by creating their own music video to “22″ (maybe we’ll get lucky enough where they come across this article and take the hint).

Keep up the great work ladies and looking forward to seeing you on the sidelines this upcoming season with the Texans.
