In weekly fantasy football leagues, it's incredibly important to identify some cheap options who will perform far beyond their price and provide you tremendous value, plus the ability to load up with stars in other spots on your roster. The majority of the time, the team with the most value players is the team that wins, as the stars typically accumulate the same stats every week. Here's a look at 10 value options in Week 2.

10. WR Donnie Avery, Kansas City Chiefs

Avery's coming off a huge game against the Tennessee Titans in Week 1. Although his targets were increased due to the absence of Dwayne Bowe, the prevailing thought by many that Avery won't continue to produce with the return of Bowe is shortsighted at best. The Chiefs receiving corps is pretty bad, and Andy Reid historically loves to pass. He will indeed call plays for his WR2. Avery's near minimum price on all host sites and will provide value.

9. K Greg Zuerlein, St. Louis Rams

Zuerlein is going to be the kicking sleeper most weeks for two main reasons. First, the Rams' offense looks pretty dreadful without Sam Bradford and they will undoubtedly stall on many drives outside the red zone, which gives Zuerlein long field goal opportunities. Secondly, he kicks indoors nine games a season minimum between his home games in St. Louis and one guaranteed trip to Arizona. Even outdoors this week, he's the value kicker to target.

8. TE Larry Donnell, New York Giants

Donnell is an extremely unpopular player this year and is near or at minimum price on all host sites. More often than not he's going to obliterate value as QB Eli Manning desperately needs him as a red-zone target, as well as a quasi possession receiver since the Giants really don't have a true slot receiver. If you need a minimum priced tight end, go with Donnell.

Tampa's defense did not look great against the Derek Anderson led Carolina Panthers in Week 1, but don't let that steer you away from their defense this week. The Buccaneers are playing the Rams, and it appears the Rams might have the least productive fantasy offense in the NFL this season. Tampa's defense is near minimum price and has a better matchup than any other available option.

6. WR Golden Tate, Detroit Lions

There is not one secondary in the NFL who can stop Calvin Johnson this season, which increases Tate's value as opposing defenses cannot afford to pay a ton of attention to him while they struggle to double and triple cover Megatron. Tate obliterated value in Week 1, yet his price never increased as he is still just above a minimum cap hit. Take Tate every week until that trend changes.

5. QB Chad Henne, Jacksonville Jaguars

Henne's going to be productive against a putrid Washington Redskins defense. He put up respectable fantasy numbers in Week 1 considering his extremely affordable cap hit (266 yards, two TDs). Henne will never have a top five QB week but he will give you what he gave you last week more often than not. That Henne, Allen Hurns and Marcedes Lewis value stack looks mighty inviting this week.

4. RB Shonn Greene, Tennessee Titans

Greene is clearly the Titans' RB1 despite the hype of Bishop Sankey prior to the regular season, but he's being priced with many teams' backups and third stringers, which is blatantly absurd. Greene's still their best goal line back and will undoubtedly continue to exceed value week-in and week-out at his slightly above minimum cap hit. And he's got the best matchup of any RB this week.

3. QB Ryan Tannehill, Miami Dolphins

Tannehill is rarely going to overwhelm statistically, but he's an incredibly consistent fantasy option. In fact, for what his averages were, he was the NFL's leader in QB consistency for most of the 2013 campaign. You can set it in stone every week: Tannehill is giving you 250 yards minimum and two TDs. For being priced similarly to the New York Jets' Geno Smith, that cap hit is an undeniable bargain.

2. RB Terrance West, Cleveland Browns

The Browns announced that Ben Tate has been officially removed as their starting RB and instead it will be the impressive rookie Terrance West in the gig until further notice. West had a huge game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 1 with 106 yards rushing. He's still priced near minimum, and anytime you can take a teams' RB1 near minimum price, it's an absolute no-brainer to indeed do just that.

Hoyer's going to be one of, if not the best value QB every week until his price goes up. The 230 yards passing plus one TD against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 1 is what you can expect from Hoyer most weeks. At his price, that production is a huge bargain and it should not be ignored.
