Will Jay Cutler Play on Sunday?

As of this morning, we really have no idea who the starting quarterback for the Chicago Bears will be in Carolina. Earlier in the week, I wrote a piece about Cutler’s concussion. Since that time, more light has been shed on this story. Hub Arkush of Pro Football Weekly reported that at least on one occasion he observed Cutler going towards the wrong sideline. While Cutler may not always make the best decisions when he throws, he’s a bright guy. This is very concerning to me as a former coach. How in the hell can you leave a guy in the game that doesn’t even know what sideline his team is on? This has not exactly been a stellar week in Chicago Bears decision making.
