From the Washington Redskins pulling off the huge road upset over the Dallas Cowboys to the Denver Broncos continuing to roll, here's a look at the 2014 NFL Power Rankings Week 9.

32. Oakland Raiders 0-7 (32)

In six of seven games, the Oakland Raiders have scored 14 points or less. With this in mind, don't expect the Raiders to win anytime soon with their next four games being against teams who made the playoffs last year.

31. New York Jets 1-7 (31)

The sooner the New York Jets realize Geno Smith is not the answer at quarterback, the better chance they'll have at winning games this season. Losing at home to the Buffalo Bills is one thing, but to allow them to score 43 points without their two top running backs is just embarrassing.

30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1-6 (30)

The weapons are there on offense, but for some reason the Tampa Bay Buccaneers just couldn't get anything going against the Minnesota Vikings. Mike Glennon needs to figure out a way to get Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans more involved in the offense.

Turnovers continue to be an issue for Blake Bortles as the rookie quarterback has now recorded six turnovers over the last two games. If it wasn't for the turnovers, the Jacksonville Jaguars could have actually won against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

28. Tennessee Titans (2-6) (27)

Don't let Zach Mettenberger's numbers (27 of 41 for 299 yards with two touchdowns and one interception) fool you as most of his statistics came in garbage time against the Houston Texans. Once again, the ground game was a major issue as Bishop Sankey led the way with just 35 rushing yards on nine carries.

27. Atlanta Falcons 2-6 (26)

(Mike Hewitt/Getty Images)

What has happened to the Atlanta Falcons? There's no reason why they should have lost this game after holding a 21-0 lead and the coaching staff should be blamed for poor play calling at the end of the game.

26. New York Giants 3-4 (24)

Let's hope the New York Giants used the bye week to rest up for a tough matchup next week against Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts. It won't be easy, but the Giants should be able to compete with the Colts if they can play like they did against the Dallas Cowboys.

25. Minnesota Vikings 3-5 (28)

After throwing five interceptions over his previous two games, Teddy Bridgewater didn't record any turnovers against the Buccaneers to help the Minnesota Vikings pick up a big road win. Hopefully, Jerick McKinnon (83 rushing yards) continues to impress in the ground game with Adrian Peterson out.

24. Chicago Bears 3-5 (18)

We knew the Chicago Bears were banged-up on defense, but nobody could have predicted them to lose as bad as they did against the New England Patriots. At 3-5, it's time to start cleaning house with some of the members of the coaching staff--especially when considering this team has one of the league's most dangerous offenses on paper.

23. St Louis Rams 2-5 (21)

(Kyle Rivas/Getty Images)

At first, it looked like the St. Louis Rams were going to pull off a big win for the second-straight week against the Kansas City Chiefs. Instead, Austin Davis and company struggled all game against the Chiefs' defense for their fifth loss of the season.

22. Houston Texans 4-4 (25)

(Wesley Hitt/Getty Images)

After a tough loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Houston Texans bounced back with a big road win against the Titans. If you don't think Arian Foster (173 yards from the line of scrimmage with three touchdowns) isn't one of the league's top running backs, you clearly don't know anything about football.

21. Washington Redskins 3-5 (24)

It doesn't matter if Colt McCoy doesn't start another football game in his career--defeating the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football was his Super Bowl. Nobody could have predicted the Redskins to defeat the red-hot Cowboys on the road, but this team came through with their biggest win of the season.

20. Cleveland Browns 4-3 (23)

Even if it was against the Raiders, Brian Hoyer showed us once again why he should be the quarterback for the Cleveland Browns. As hard as it is to believe, the Browns are still in the hunt for the AFC North title--even though it won't be easy.

19. Carolina Panthers 3-4-1 (17)

If there's anything positive to take away from Sunday's loss, it would be the Carolina Panthers have a bright future in Kelvin Benjamin. In a few years, this kid will be one of the league's top wideouts and Cam Newton is going to love having him as his top target.

18. Buffalo Bills 5-3 (19)

Talk about a big win for the Buffalo Bills as they crushed the Jets on the road thanks to strong play by the defense. As for Sammy Watkins, let's hope the rookie wideout learned from his mistake of celebrating before entering the end zone.

17. New Orleans Saints 3-4 (20)

What you saw from the New Orleans Saints on Sunday is exactly what we expected from them all season. It's about time Brandin Cooks lived up to the hype on offense after finding the end zone not once, but twice.

16. San Francisco 49ers 4-3 (13)

16. San Francisco 49ers 4-3 (13)

San Francisco 49ers
(Doug Pensinger/Getty Images)

The San Francisco 49ers needed the bye week after suffering a tough loss to Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. Don't count this team out just yet as the 49ers will cause plenty of problems in the NFC race.

15. Miami Dolphins 4-3 (14)

15. Miami Dolphins 4-3 (14)

(Rob Foldy/Getty Images)

Talk about a huge defensive performance by the Miami Dolphins as this team returned two interceptions from Blake Bortles for a touchdown on Sunday. On another note, we're still waiting for Ryan Tannehill to break the 300-yard mark for the first time in 2014.

14. Philadelphia Eagles 5-2 (9)

For some reason, the Philadelphia Eagles struggle to run the ball in when they get close to the goal line as they suffered another disappointing loss to an NFC West team at the last second. If this team is going to have any chance at winning the NFC East, Nick Foles needs to stop making careless mistakes.

13. Cincinnati Bengals 4-2-1 (15)

This was a game the Cincinnati Bengals absolutely needed to win and give Andy Dalton credit for carrying this team on his shoulders with A.J. Green out of the lineup. Mohamed Sanu (five catches for 125 yards) continue to be big for the Bengals in the passing game, but let's hope he's just as effective when Green does finally return.

12. Pittsburgh Steelers 5-3 (16)

Who saw this big performance by Ben Roethisberger (40 of 49 for 522 yards with six touchdowns) and the Pittsburgh Steelers coming against the Indianapolis Colts? If the Steelers can play at this level each week, look out for them in the AFC.

11. Kansas City Chiefs 4-3 (12)

(Peter Aiken/Getty Images)

After a rough start, the Kansas City Chiefs are finally playing good football as they've won four of their last five games. Even if it was against the Rams, the Chiefs have the perfect chance to make it six wins in seven games with favorable matchups against the Jets and Bills over the next two weeks.

10. Baltimore Ravens 5-3 (7)

Say what you want about the controversial call on Steve Smith at the end of the game, but that was clearly offensive pass interference. Two of their three losses on the season for the Baltimore Ravens have come against the Cincinnati Bengals--which could come back to haunt them later on in the AFC North race.

9. Detroit Lions 6-2 (11)

9. Detroit Lions 6-2 (11)

Detroit Lions
(Jamie McDonald/Getty Images)

Talk about winning in exciting fashion as the Detroit Lions managed to overcome a 21-0 deficit and come through with a big win against the Falcons in London. Even without Calvin Johnson, the Lions continue to come up with big wins--which they'll need every one they can get to stay ahead of the Green Bay Packers in the division.

8. Green Bay Packers 5-3 (6)

The Green Bay Packers were one of the hottest teams in the NFL leading up to Week 8, but the Saints were simply too much for them on offense. While Packers fans may be concerned over the hamstring of Aaron Rodgers, at least the quarterback will be able to rest up with the bye week.

7. Seattle Seahawks 4-3 (10)

(Streeter Lecka/Getty Images)

After back-to-back losses, the Seattle Seahawks finally got back on the winning track with a big road victory against the Panthers. Russell Wilson continues to show why he's one of the league's top quarterbacks and expect this team to be just fine without Percy Harvin following his trade to the Jets.

6. Indianapolis Colts 5-3 (5)

The Indianapolis Colts knew they were in for a tough road matchup against the Steelers, but nobody could have predicted them to lose as bad as they did. At least T.Y. Hilton continues to shine after catching six passes for 155 yards with one touchdown against the Steelers.

5. San Diego Chargers 5-3 (4)

All of a sudden, the injuries surrounding the San Diego Chargers are catching up with them after losing their second-straight game to the Denver Broncos. Hopefully, Philip Rivers can help this team bounce back next weekend against the Dolphins.

4. Dallas Cowboys 6-2 (2)

(Tom Pennington/Getty Images)

This was a game the Dallas Cowboys will look back later on in the season and kick themselves for not winning. For the sake of Tony Romo, let's hope his back injury is just minor as the Cowboys desperately need him if they're going to win the NFC East.

3. New England Patriots 6-2 (8)

Did you miss the old Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski? This dynamic duo connected for three touchdowns on Sunday against the Bears and if there was any doubt about the New England Patriots before--nobody's doubting this team anymore as they've been on fire over the last couple of weeks.

2. Arizona Cardinals 6-1 (3)

The Arizona Cardinals continue to amaze us following a huge win over the Philadelphia Eagles as Larry Fitzgerald (seven catches for 160 yards with one touchdown) displayed his best game of the season. We all knew the NFC West would be tough, but none of us could have predicted the Cardinals to be up two games over the 49ers and Seahawks at this point in the season.

1. Denver Broncos 6-1 (1)

One week after picking up his first touchdown of the season, Emmanuel Sanders finds the end zone three times against the Chargers. Last week's game against the Chargers showed just how dangerous the Denver Broncos can be on offense and if they continue playing this well--they may cruise to the No. 1 seed in the AFC.
