A rebuilding team like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers relies on young players to get things turned around. Tampa Bay believes it has brought in a solid draft class, but it's a class the Bucs are hoping can make an instant impact. Here's a look at what the Buccaneers can expect from each of their selections from the 2015 NFL Draft.

Jameis Winston, First Round

The Bucs didn't draft Winston so he could sit on the bench behind Mike Glennon. Tampa Bay not only expects Winston to be the starter from day one, but they expect him to change the shape and future of the franchise. There's no doubt that Winston has the physical tools to succeed in the NFL, and if he can show intelligence and maturity, he can make the Bucs a contender atop the NFC South.

Donovan Smith, Second Round

Smith is another player who will definitely step onto the field as a rookie for the Bucs. He's a little young as he could have returned to school for another year, but he looks the part of an NFL offensive tackle with great size and long arms. His best fit may be at right tackle, but Tampa may need him to step in at left tackle, where he'll likely experience highs and lows as a rookie.

Ali Marpet, Second Round

Marpet is another offensive lineman that the Bucs are planning on inserting into the starting lineup right away. After playing at the Division III level in college, Marpet could experience some growing pains if he's blocking NFL nose tackles in Week 1. In terms of size and strength, however, there's no doubt that Marpet belongs. After a few weeks, he should settle in nicely on Tampa's offensive line.

Kwon Alexander, Fourth Round

Alexander immediately adds much-needed depth to Tampa Bay's linebacking corps. If nothing else, Alexander has a chance to make an impact for the Bucs on special teams. But as the season goes along, he'll have a chance to push Danny Lansanah for the starting job at outside linebacker. By the midway point in the season, don't be surprised if Alexander has made his way into the starting lineup.

Kenny Bell, Fifth Round

Bell definitely won't start for the Bucs this season barring multiple injuries to the wide receiver position, but he will have a chance to get onto the field. Outside of starters Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson, Tampa's depth at receiver isn't all that impressive. Bell may actually be the fourth-best receiver on the roster, which will give him a few reps, but he may beat out Louis Murphy as the third receiver, expanding his role even more.

Kaelin Clay, Sixth Round

As a receiver, Clay will be down on the depth chart, but he'll give Bobby Rainey a run for his money as the team's primary kick and punt returner. Rainey wasn't overly impressive as a kick returner last season, so the Bucs are going to take a long look at Clay in that role during the preseason. He'll likely end up being the team's primary return specialist in 2015.

Joey Iosefa, Seventh Round

NFL teams aren't always looking to make a switch at fullback, but Iosefa will get a fair chance at taking over the starting spot from Jorvorskie Lane. After playing running back in college, Iosefa is a little more athletic than the typical NFL fullback, so if he can prove to be a competent blocker, Iosefa could add an interesting dimension to Tampa's offense and work his way into a starting role as a rookie.
