The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in the middle of a rebuilding process, and they are expected to take a big leap forward during the upcoming 2015 season. Last year, they were only able to finish with a 2-14 record. That is unacceptable, so they went out and revamped the roster a bit as they look to flip the script. What five early predictions can be made about the Buccaneers for the 2015 season?

5. Mike Glennon Will Be Traded

Last year during his second NFL season, Mike Glennon ended up throwing for 1,417 yards, 10 touchdowns and six interceptions. He showed that he has legitimate NFL potential, but isn't expected to get much playing time behind No. 1 overall pick Jameis Winston. Glennon is going to interest a quarterback-needy team, and he will end up getting dealt before the trade deadline.

4. Mike Evans Will Be A Top Five Wide Receiver

Mike Evans was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' first-round pick last year, and he came through with a monster season as a rookie. He ended up catching 68 passes for 1,051 yards and 12 touchdowns. During the 2015 season, he will break out with an even bigger year, and take a huge leap forward as one of the NFL's most talented and dominant wide receivers.

3. Jameis Winston Will Win Rookie of the Year

Jameis Winston has received quite a bit of criticism for his character this offseason, but the Buccaneers ignored the negativity and drafted him No. 1 overall. He is going to make them happy that they made that decision, and will end up winning the Offensive Rookie of the Year award. There aren't many quarterbacks with better physical ability than him, and he is a proven winner which will continue at the next level.

2. Doug Martin Will Turn Things Around

During his rookie season, Doug Martin appeared to be a future NFL superstar at the running back position. He has yet to live up to that potential, but has been dragged down by quite a bit of injury trouble. That being said, he will get his career back on track during the 2015 season and be the starting running back who helps take pressure off of Jameis Winston's shoulders.

Winning six games may not seem like a huge deal, but it certainly is for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After just two wins last season, seeing a four-game increase in the win column would be a huge step in the rebuilding process that they have been going through. Fans need to see progress, and that is exactly what will happen in 2015.
