Jabari Parker is one of the reasons I am terribly excited for the future of basketball. The young stars of this game are grounded and mature in a way that is truly fantastic, and they also bring a high level of talent to bear as well.

Parker was last year’s Gatorade high school boys basketball player of the year and the ceiling of his future has yet to be determined.
The NBA’s bright future is exciting with guys like Andrew Wiggins, Julius Randle, Jabari Parker and Marcus Smart coming next year.

He will be an example to the rest of the young basketball world about what it means to dedicate yourself to your craft and also do so with humility. He is a young man who deserves to be rooted for.
