The New York Giants will need all of the help they can get if they have any chance of upsetting the New England Patriots in Foxboro on Sunday in what is expected to be an intense matchup between two 5-2 teams. Unfortunately, it looks like the G-Men will have to find a way to win without two of their stars on offense–Hakeem Nicks and Ahmad Bradshaw.

According to Gregg Rosenthal of ProFootballTalk.com, both Nicks and Bradshaw have been ruled out for Sunday’s game–which means the Giants will have to rely more on Mario Manningham, Victor Cruz, and Brandon Jacobs in the offense. While Nicks suffered a hamstring injury against the Miami Dolphins last Sunday, Bradshaw suffered a cracked bone in his foot during the same game.

The news of Nicks and Bradshaw hurts for the Giants considering all of the other injuries they have on both sides of the ball as they look to maintain their two-game lead in the NFC East. Not to mention New England has won 20-straight games at Gillette Stadium during the regular season and 31 straight with Tom Brady under center–so these injuries were the last thing New York needed heading into Week 9.
