NFL Rant: 2012 Conference Championship Bold Predictions

There are only four teams left in the race to Super Bowl XLVI and this weekend’s conference championship matchups are some of the most intriguing in decades.

In the Bold Predictions video above, Rant Sports’ Dan Parzych and Jeric Griffin each make some brave forecasts about the AFC and NFC Championship games this weekend. Dan thinks New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will have a big receiving day while Jeric thinks the Baltimore Ravens’ defense will not only shut down Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, but all of his receivers, too, including Hernandez.

On the NFC side, Dan says Jeric is crazy for predicting a 200-yard rushing day by San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore. Both guys disagree on the New York Giants’ running game, too; Dan says the G-Men will have a big day on the ground while Jeric thinks the 49ers’ No. 1 run defense will shut New York down.

Check out the video above and then give us your bold predictions about this weekend’s games!
