Qualcomm Stadium opened in 1967, and is currently one of the oldest arenas in the National Football League. This has become a problem for San Diego's organization, as they have proposed deals to build a new stadium, but five deals have been rejected. This is an issue that needs to be rectified if the Chargers are to remain in San Diego for the future. Here is a list of reasons why the Chargers need a new stadium
