San Diego has the 14th pick in the fifth round of the 2012 NFL Draft. Takeo Spikes has two years left on his current deal. Although he led the team in assisted tackles with 43 in 2011 and was third on the team in tackles with 64, Spikes turned 35 last season. The Chargers will have an opportunity to add depth to the position, and possibly add an inside linebacker to replace Spikes in next year's draft. Here is a list of linebackers to consider in the fifth round
