Texas Rangers Sign Joe Nathan, Will Move Neftali Felix to the Rotation

The Texas Rangers have signed veteran closer Joe Nathan to a two year deal with a third year option, and announced Neftali Feliz will move to the rotation. This is a little bit of a surprise, but a well understood move. Joe Nathan returned from Tommy John and found his groove late in the year so I figured he would be a guy that everyone wanted.
This is a great move by the Rangers who continue to get stronger. If CJ Wilson signs elsewhere- they have Feliz ready to step in but if Wilson resigns- the rotation and the bullpen are going to be just as strong as last year.
Many fans will be disappointed because like me- saw the value that Joe Nathan still has. Texas has definitely gotten better today.
