Baseball’s Top 10 Positional Recap: Team Power Rankings

For the past two or three weeks, I have given top 10 lists for every position in the game. It was a fun, grueling process, but I hope some of you learned something. It also taught me a few things or two. Whether you are a traditional fan or a stat geek, there is some value in breaking down the positions.
The obvious one is fantasy baseball. I definitely feel more prepared for my drafts this year. The other benefit is to figure out the best team in the game. Well, sorta...
I came up with an extremely flawed formula to make these power rankings. I don't necessarily agree with some of results, but most are close enough.
The formula is the sum of the players on my top 10 lists. So if a player was the best player at his position, he got 10 points, 9 for the second best, 8 for the third best, and so on.
The reason why it's heavily flawed is because relief pitchers carry the same weight as position players, which is obviously false. I'm sure you knew that, though.
