Were you ready for some football without Hank Williams Jr. on Monday Night Football as the Indianapolis Colts squared off against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers? ESPN sure was prepared after making the decision to pull Williams from the opening spot in Week 4 for his controversial comments in which he compared President Barak Obama to Hitler.

Williams made the comments during an interview with Fox News–calling Obama the “enemy” at one point along with Joe Biden for because of the type of shape this country is in. Be sure to check out the video above because from what it sounds like–Williams has made quite a few enemies over the last 24 hours and it’s no surprise ESPN decided to avoid controversy by removing his opening from Monday’s game.

Whether or not Williams will return at all for Monday Night Football is still unknown–but watching the games each week sure wouldn’t be the same without his opening songs. Thanks to SB Nation for the video above.
