Tim Tebow is quite the popular man. First, CBS wanted him to help cover the AFC Championship Game and he turned them down. Tiger Woods wanted to partner with Tim Tebow during next month’s Pebble Beach Pro-Am and he declined. Now Karina Smirnoff wants Tebow to be her partner on Dancing With The Stars. Will he turn her down too?
All I want for my birthday is for Tim Tebow to dance on Dancing with the Stars,” she said Saturday, not long after Tebow and his Broncos team were ousted from the NFL playoffs by Tom Brady and his Patriots. “Tim is a very talented athlete, that was clear when we saw his performance this past season with Denver.”
In the next season of the Dancing with the Stars, she’s hoping to have a football-playing partner.
“He can run, jump, pass, throw touchdowns,” she told People. “All [that] is missing is to see if he has the dance skills. That would make him an all around athlete and someone that I would love to dance with on the show.”
Smirnoff seems pretty adamant about it. Come on, Tebow has to dance better than he plays quarterback. Either way, it’s going to be a rating hit. You have to capitalize on Tebowmania before it finally expires.
