15 NFL Players You Would Love To Punch In The Face

There are some people who just rub us the wrong way, especially in today's trouble NFL climate. It is not easy to explain why, but as soon as you hear a certain player's name, your emotions do a complete 180 and you are filled with anger. Here are the 15 NFL players who would benefit from a punch right to the face.

The problem I have with Andy Dalton is that he has an elite team around him, yet in the postseason where it matters most, Dalton reverts back into a third-stringer. What's worse is that Dalton got a huge contract extension this offseason without proving that he can actually lead the Cincinnati Bengals to a single postseason win.

Drafted No. 2 overall in 2006 by New Orleans, Reggie Bush was a terrible inside runner early in his career and had trouble being a starter. After spending a couple of seasons in Miami, Bush is now in Detroit, where his problems of holding onto the football continue to loom. It also doesn't help Bush's cause that he previously dated Kim Kardashian and cost USC a national championship after he took illegal benefits in college.

The 2003 Heisman Trophy winner, Carson Palmer has seen his career take a nose dive after showing early promise. Since his arrival in the NFL in 2003, Palmer has never won a playoff game and actually forced his way out of Cincinnati after threatening to retire.
12. Robert Griffin III

Robert Griffin III exploded on the NFL scene as a rookie in 2012, winning the Rookie of the Year award, but since being injured in the 2012 postseason, RG III has turned into a shell of himself. He helped successfully run the Shanahans out of town, and his selfish attitude has alienated plenty of NFL people.

Fans love tough players, but not dirty players. Even after four-plus seasons, Detroit Lions DT Ndamukong Suh still hasn't figured that out yet. Suh has already stomped on an offensive lineman's head, kicked a quarterback in the groin, and has already been fined a total of $216,875 by the NFL.
10. Tony Romo

Tony Romo gets more flack than he really deserves, but when you are the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys who has had previous relationships with two of the hottest women on the planet in Jessica Simpson and Carrie Underwood, it's easy to see why Romo is hated by almost everyone. Since 2006, his first year as a starter, Romo has won a single playoff game and is known more for epic collapses than big comebacks.

Tom Brady has what everyone else dreams of having. He's a three-time Super Bowl champion, plays for one of the best organizations in the NFL, and has one of the hottest women on the planet as his wife in Gisele Bundchen.
8. Richard Sherman

I love how Richard Sherman plays the game, but sometimes he makes himself look like a fool. His cocky attitude and swagger help fuel him during the game, but get him in trouble after games (i.e. the end of the 2014 NFC Championship Game).
7. Johnny Manziel

Perhaps the most arrogant and self-absorbed rookie in recent memory, Johnny Manziel wasted away a chance at a starting job in Cleveland by partying in the offseason. All you have to do to know everything about Manziel is read the New England Patriots' scouting report of him prior to the draft.
6. Michael Vick

Michael Vick has paid a huge debt to society after spending 21 months in prison for dogfighting charges, but some NFL fans and non-NFL fans will never forgive Vick for what he did. The images of the dogs he abused rubbed everyone the wrong way and some still think that he should never have been allowed back in the NFL.
5. Jonathan Dwyer

This past Wednesday, Arizona Cardinals running back Jonathan Dwyer was arrested after a domestic violence incident involving his wife and son in July. Dwyer assaulted his wife, punched her in the head, threw a shoe at their 1-year-old son, and threw away her phone as she was trying to call 911.
4. Ray McDonald

Despite not being charged yet for an August incident involving his pregnant fiancee, defensive end Ray McDonald is still playing and starting for the San Francisco 49ers. McDonald's fiancee allegedly showed authorities bruises on her arm and neck that she sustained in an altercation with McDonald.
3. Greg Hardy

Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy was convicted of assaulting a female and communicating threats, but is appealing his conviction. Hardy allegedly threw his girlfriend on a futon that was filled with semi-automatic weapons and threatened to kill her.
2. Adrian Peterson

Adrian Peterson took strict parenting to a whole new level this past summer, and it wasn't good at all. Peterson allegedly used a "switch" to discipline his own son, leaving clear bruises and scratches along his son's body that disgusted everyone.
1. Ray Rice

During an altercation with his then-fiancee Janay Palmer in an Atlantic City casino, Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice punched Janay in the face inside an elevator, knocking her out. Rice then dragged her unconscious body outside of the elevator, leaving her to fend for herself.
