Just imagine how good the New England Patriots would have been last season if WR Brandon Marshall was on the team (and healthy). One word could have described that trade: Legendary — well, for the Pats, that is.

In case fans already forgot, New England won the Super Bowl last season (again). Although you never know how a player is going to gel with a team until said player is actually on said team, you would imagine another lethal weapon for Tom Brady would have made the Patriots’ offense unstoppable.

Side note: Could you imagine a healthy Rob Gronkowski and Brandon Marshall on the same team?
Of course, Marshall is now a member of the New York Jets, so “almost” being traded to last season’s best team means nothing now. If anything, Marshall shouldn’t be bringing up this chatter. After all, the Jets do tend to take on the Patriots every year. Last time I checked, they also hate each other.
