Ishmail Wainwright seems to have fallen out of the general basketball consciousness and that is shame, because he is a quality player who deserves attention.
Nigel Williams-Goss and Ishmail Wainwright both with outstanding games in different ways. Both should produce from day one in college.

Was lucky enough to see Wainwright play at NHSI where I saw him hit a three quarter court buzzer beater that made my jaw drop. Wainwright’s passing and ball handling skills are underrated and whenever the ball is in his hands then good things seem to happen.
Another potential ball handler + facilitator 4 Baylor next yr? Ishmail Wainwright. 6-6 freshman will play some point forward for the Bears.

Affectionately called ‘Ish by his coach and teammates, this is a young man who could run point forward for the Baylor Bears next season without a problem. He unfortunately realized near the end of his senior season that his team was better off the more he was handling and passing the ball. He was almost too unselfish in his high school days and it would better serve his college team if he holds the ball a bit more before he gives it up.
It has been quite a month in basketball news and as the fall season rolls around, we all look forward to the new developments in basketball recruiting as various official visit dates happen in the coming months. It should be a roller coaster, but I promise to do my best to cover its different peaks and valleys.
