It looks very likely that Hulk Hogan will be staying in TNA and not jumping ship to the WWE.
Hogan’s contract with TNA expired just a few weeks ago and he left the company. It was speculated he’d go back to the WWE and possibly wrestle in one more match at WrestleMania XXX. Not to mention, Hogan is a huge part of this year’s WWE 2K14 video game, so it made sense if he came back for one more run.

Now it seems this is not the case because WWE didn’t offer him much money. It’s being reported that TNA will actually be offering more money to Hogan. It’s unknown how much money WWE offered, but it must have been very low considering the WWE has way more money than TNA.
This is sad, although Vince McMahon usually likes to hold grudges. McMahon never liked it when Hogan went to the WCW back in the ’90s. McMahon eventually forgave Hogan, but Hogan then went to TNA over 15 years later. McMahon possibly thinks Hogan is not a big draw anymore. It’s said Hogan gets the same amount of money in TNA for one year that the Rock and Brock Lesnar gets in one match in the WWE.
I would have to admit that Hogan’s image has been tarnished over the years. This all started with this reality TV show Hogan Knows Best. Since that show aired, he’s done and said a lot of controversial things that sparked negative media attention.
