The Houston Rockets forced Game 6 with their 107-100 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Good thing that Royce White was there to make that happen. Oh… wait… he hasn’t played all season…
But he sure made it sound like he was a big part of team with all the smack he was talking on Twitter, specifically aimed at Kevin Durant. He tweeted:
“Ya’ll are looking SHAAAKYY BAAABYY.”
Fans fired back with the fact that at least Durant was playing, which instigated White to mark his Twitter territory and proclaim that he could do whatever he wanted, nothing would change, and then he hash-tagged “Freedom of Speech.”
Yeah Royce, you do have the freedom of speech, but that doesn’t mean you have to lack a sense of class. As a fellow professional athlete, it’s out of place to publicly go after a skilled player and team, especially if you want people to have compassion for your anxiety disorder. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying everything should be rainbows and puppies, but when you’re not playing?… eh.
