Luke McConnell
Luke McConnell joined the Rant Sports team as the authority on Oklahoma Sooners football in August 2011 after spending the past year and a half as the Oklahoma Sooners football community leader for Bleacher Report. Luke graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's in journalism degree in December 2011. In his time at OU, Luke was the volleyball beat writer and a columnist for the student paper, The Oklahoma Daily. Luke also contributed regularly to the student-produced sports show, OUr Sports Pad. To round things out, Luke hosted a radio show on the student radio station in the fall of 2010. Currently, Luke serves as a salesman for Qualbe Marketing Group in Norman, OK while writing for Rant Sports. He lives in Norman with his wife.
