This Olympic high jumper doesn’t mess around.
Perverts should be scared of Ariane Friedrich. She is an Olympic high-jumper who has earned a bronze metal in the aforementioned field and double entendres as a police woman. She is an elite athlete, so chasing down criminals could be considered an easy endeavor when compared to Olympic competition…….though obviously less safe.
You can expect Fredriech to put down the doughnuts at least.
One thirsty male fan of hers either didn’t get the memo or is just dumb (I would put my money on the latter). ESPN radio host, Colin Cowherd always says that women and sports make smart guys do dumb things. Here is a combination of both.
He emailed a photo of his junk to Fredriech. She did not take kindly to the gesture.
Fredriech promptly released the mans personal information on her Facebook page. It was a more specific release of information than journalists receive from FIA requests. She posted his name, address and phone number. Adding insult to injury, Fredriech also plans to press charges.
“I’ve been offended in the past, sexually harassed and I’ve had a stalker before,” she posted. “It’s time to act; it’s time to defend myself. And that’s what I’m doing. No more and no less.”
The reaction, to this point has been mixed.
Some believe the man got what he deserved, believing that she was well within her rights to release private information. Why should his rights be respected at the expense of his alleged victim? Others are more inclined to express caution. Stating that his actions shouldn’t necessarily affect his inalienable rights.
Wherever you land on that fence, this is a crazy story.
