Sports are pleasurable, but the competitiveness can make things stressful. No one in the sports world gets as riled up as the coaches, but some coaches can handle pressure better than others. Here's a look at 10 professional coaches that can't seem to keep their cool.

Gruden, nicknamed “Chucky” for his uncanny resemblance to the short-tempered sociopathic doll from the Child’s Play series, was known for being overly aggressive and obnoxiously loud on the sidelines. Gruden is one of the least violent coaches on this list, but his cantankerous displays have rightfully earned him a spot.

Parcells forced his players to act like they constantly had something to prove. That was part of his philosophy that made him a legend in the game, but it rubbed many players and coaches the wrong way. Another part of his philosophy was that he was going to say whatever to whoever. Most of the time this involved shouting many four letter words at his players. The “Big Tuna” often got pretty steamed.

Harbaugh isn’t afraid to express his true feelings. You can normally find Harbaugh on the sidelines throwing tantrums more often than not. Harbaugh’s childish antics are so constant that he is annoying to watch.

Singletary was known for having a fiery temper as a player and now that he’s a coach, it’s apparent that his antics haven't subsided. Not only does Singletary like to express himself vocally, he also enjoys using visual aids as well. After a loss in 2008, Singletary pulled down his pants and pointed to his exposed behind to show that they were getting their "butts whooped."

Whenever you see Tortorella sit down for an interview, grab some popcorn because he’s about to put on a heck of a show. Tortorella is foul-mouthed, rude and impatient. He has thrown water bottles at fans, bad-mouthed his own players and has even tried to fight another coach. Tortorella’s short-tempered actions have no boundaries and are part of the reason why he is still unemployed.

Not only is Guillen quick to anger, but he has one of the most vile and controversial voices in coaching history. Guillen has several profanity-laced tirades under his belt and has even turned to social media websites, such as Twitter, to publicly vent his frustrations.

Mora has a big mouth and is quite fond of curse words. He yells at reporters, players and anyone else in his raging path. Mora is a reporter’s dream. His tirades have lead to some of the most memorable postgame interviews of all-time. “Playoffs?!”

Ditka is known for his theatrical tirades. He has also attempted to fight Buddy Ryan during a game and he has broken his hand by punching a locker in a fiery rage. Ditka’s temper is nothing short of being ill.

Piniella’s most memorable temper tantrum occurred when he attempted to argue a call and was immediately ejected from the game. Instead of leaving, Piniella felt it was necessary to pull up first base and throw it, not once, but twice. Aside from wielding bases, Piniella is also known for his brawl with Cincinnati Reds reliever Rob Dibble.

Ryan was loud-mouthed and barbaric. He is best known for socking an offensive coordinator in the jaw and putting a bounty out on a Cowboys player. Ryan did us all a favor when he finally announced retirement in 1995 after being fired from the Arizona Cardinals.
