Dallas Cowboys’ 2012-2013 Schedule Released
Last season was yet another disappointing one for the Dallas Cowboys. Not only were fans forced to witness another December collapse, they were then forced to watch division rival New York Giants hoisting the Super Bowl trophy at the season’s end.
Will next year be more of the same, or will the Cowboys finally live up to their pre-season expectations?
We already knew that the Cowboys have been scheduled to open the season with what looks now to be their most difficult game all year, traveling to New York to face the reigning Super Bowl champions. Earlier this afternoon, the rest of the 2012-2013 schedule was released .
For the second consecutive season, they will not play at home until Week 3.
One interesting note: The Cowboys will host long-time hated rival, the Washington Redskins, in their annual Thanksgiving Day match-up, adding some extra fuel to the fire.
Here’s a look at the Cowboy’s upcoming season.

Overall, with the exception of week 1, the Cowboys appear to have a pretty favorable schedule ahead of them. Based on last season, Dallas’ 2012-2013 opponents had an average winning percentage of just .504. Knowing what we know now, there is no reason not to have play-off expectations this season.
Anything less would be a huge disappointment, and we all know that Dallas fans don’t handle disappointment well.
