Adrian Peterson Could Be Headed To Jail After Failed Drug Test

Adrian Peterson has been going through some difficult, self-enforced bad times. He’s currently away from the Minnesota Vikings dealing with charges of child abuse, and now it appears he could be jailed for a failed drug test.
According to TMZ, AP admitted before his court ordered drug test (related to the child abuse case) that he recently “smoked a little weed.” That little amount of weed in his system would technically be a violation of his bond, thus resulting in a possible short stint behind bars. TMZ says a judge has yet to rule on the matter, but obviously this is just more bad news for AP.
However, you can’t feel a bit sorry for the dude. He could still be playing football right now if he had chosen a different way to discipline his children, and if he had simply put the pipe down.
This latest alleged incident is just more proof that his days in Minnesota are over.
