Duke Blue Devils Have in Home Visit with Top Ranked Point Guard Tyus Jones Tonight

Geoff Burke- USA TODAY Sports

Well, the Duke Blue Devils are certainly staying in recruiting news lately are they not? Saw the news below that they are making their official in home visit with top ranked point guard Tyus Jones tonight, and that will be a huge moment for this process. Jones does not go to Durham until October 25th and he will make that visit with top ranked center Jahlil Okafor, so that visit might carry more weight, no pun intended. So that weekend will be all about the package deal and what the Blue Devils have to offer. This in-home visit? This one can be all about Jones and what the Duke coaching staff thinks they can bring to the table to help the young point guard achieve all his dreams.

This has definitely been a fun recruiting process to keep track of and when it comes to a clsoe, then we will all just be in anticipation to see Jones on the floor. We’ll keep you posted of how the visit went if anything pops up, and after all his visits are through then Jones will get ready to defend the state title in basketball. He was able to win it last season with his Apple Valley (MN) team and I’m sure fans of the Blue Devils are hoping that Jones can bring them home some hardware one day.
