With the recent change of events thanks to the WWE‘s creative department, Corporate Kane looks out of place with no direction for his character. Where is the “Big Red Machine” who sets things on fire? I want that Kane back, not a politician. If I wanted to see a politician, I would watch CNN, not WWE programming.
Kane had established himself as that guy who sets things be on fire, chokeslams people and has a bit of an anger issue. I understand that he is playing a character and that his views in politics may be closer to who he is in real life, but that doesn’t come across well on my television when he is on WWE programming. I believe Kane is on a part-time schedule now, and that is good for him.
The problem with his character is that if they wanted him to be reinvented, then they should have gotten rid of the music and entrance of the old Kane. Also, they should let him have proper wrestling attire and lastly, he should be on TV as a regular character rather than him being a part of something like the “Authority”.
It just does not flow well if the character is not on TV on a weekly basis. The WWE needs to make up its mind with Kane.
