2013 NBA Playoffs Chicago Bulls vs. Miami Heat: This Series Is Only Going to Get More Intense

If there’s anything to take away from Wednesday’s game between the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat it’s this–these two teams absolutely hate each other and this series is only going to continue to get more intense.

After the Bulls stole one from the Heat during Game 1 in Miami, LeBron James and company bounced right back on Wednesday to take Game 2 as they cruised for an easy 115-78 victory. James finished the game with 19 points to go along with five rebounds and nine assists while Ray Allen contributed 21 points of his own in a game Miami absolutely needed to win.

The last thing the heat wanted to see happen is head into Game 3 in Chicago down 2-0 against a Bulls squad that’s been playing without numerous key players this series including Derrick Rose, Luol Deng, and Kirk Hinrich. Despite their impressive record during the regular season, it’s been no secret the Bulls got under the skin of the Heat during the regular season and everybody knew this series would be intense, but from what Wednesday’s game shows–things are only going to get more crazy and intense.

Not only did Game 2 consist of a blowout by the Heat, but there were nine technical fouls called and both Joakim Noah and Taj Gibson were ejected in the fourth quarter after they were arguing with officials over certain calls. At this point, it’s safe to say these two teams absolutely hate each other even more heading into Game 3, so if you thought the first two games were intense to follow–just wait until you see what the rest of the series has in store between the Heat and Bulls.
