Wrestlemania 28 is barely in the past, but that does not mean that it is too early to speculate on matches for Wrestlemania 29. Thanks to Wrestlezone, we have three of the matches and I shall break them down one by one. Be prepared, because these are some good ones.
Um, where exactly do I sign up for this? This match would be fantastic and these two have a bit of history. During the Rock’s last title run, Lesnar was the man who beat him for the title. They could easily spin that into a long feud, which would further Rock’s push to become champion yet again. Lesnar had a strong showing Monday by F5′ing John Cena, so this feud has a lot of potential.
If this match were to happen, I could die happen. The mic work during this feud would be unreal. A match was kind of teased between these two when Austin was guest hosting the show and Punk was part of Nexus. The angry beer drinking redneck against the Straight Edge Superstar. The feud practically writes it self. I have no idea how long Austin can go in the ring anymore, but I think Punk can drag a match out of him.
The Undertaker vs. John Cena
The Streak goes up against the Teflon Man. No matter what happens to John Cena, he always looks good. Undertaker would be going for 21-0 at Wrestlemania 29 but this is the least realistic of these three matches. I have no idea if Taker can even wrestle anymore. The guy has been at this for over 20 years. His body is shot. However, if he can go, this is one heck of a match.
Wrestlemania 29 is already on pace to top Wrestlemania 28. Stay tuned for more updates on Wrestlemania 29 as they develop.
