The Washington Redskins are fresh coming off of their bye week in Week 10. Now, they will turn their attention to their Week 11 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In doing so, Robert Griffin III will have to shine in order for the Redskins to come out on top.

Despite the fact that the Bucs have only one win thus far, their defense is somewhat decent against the run. They rank 18th in the NFL, allowing an average of 114 rushing yards per game this season.

Their defense against the pass is a very different story though. In that category, the Bucs are 31st in the league in passing yards allowed. They give up an average of 277 yards through the air per game. Not only that, but Tampa has given up a baffling 19 touchdowns through the air already this year.

With that being the case, it stands to reason that Griffin would need to carry his team this week. With the bye week to further rest and heal from his ankle injury, RG3 should be very close to or at 100 percent (if he wasn’t already). This is the week he will need to show what he can do. He should be in line for a big game against an awful Bucs secondary along with a plethora of offensive weapons at his disposal.
