Kasey Hill and his Montverde teammate Dakari Johnson both rocked out headbands at the Jordan Brand Classic this year. I saw both of them this year at the National High School Invitational in Bethesda, Maryland and they were both quite impressive. They ended up winning the national championship on a game winning three pointer and Johnson had some bold words after the game. “I’m going to win a national championship at Kentucky next year,” Johnson said.
Me and my bros @dslowmotion22 and @jojo_embiid wearing the head bands lol

The headbands looked pretty good and for Johnson it may become part of his game-time attire in Lexington.
Hmmm I think after tonight I’m going to Rock a headband next year

Johnson certainly does not lack confidence, but he is unselfish as well. At NHSI there was rarely a time where he held on to the ball too long; he hits the open man when he is there and has trust in his teammates.
Johnson is an old school big man. He can back you down in the post with great strength and length. He is also a game changer when it comes to his rebounding ability and defensive prowess. It will be fun watching him in Lexington next year and he might even be rocking a headband while he is there.
