Tyus Jones and Jahlil Okafor Will Play Against Each Other the Month After Committing

Top ranked 2014 point guard Tyus Jones is going to really enjoy his senior year of basketball, because he will experience it without the weight of recruiting over his head. This is due to his wisdom in getting his recruiting decision out of the way in November. It will make for a much less stressful season of b-ball for the young floor general.

Jones is a package recruiting deal with top ranked center Jahlil Okafor, and they have two visits left to make. They have the Kansas Jayhawks next, and then finish things off with the Duke Blue Devils on October 25th. If I had to put money on it, have to go with the Blue Devils

Something interesting will happen after they commit though; they will play each other in a regular season December game barring injury of course. Shout out to Greg Bates below for reminding me of this game.

Believe the game is in Minnesota so not too far from Chicago for me and other Midwesterners.

May consider making a trip out for this game, but it will likely depend on whether a ticket can be secured or not. Have some exciting stuff for you all coming up in October though folks so keep an eye out.
